Kids Grapple Fit
 This program does not utilize a ranking/belting system and is an
excellent add-on for students who take Kids Taekwondo, Kids Judo, or kids Jiu-Jitsu. It is tailored to children ages 4 to 12 and introduces students pricipals of ground fighting, judo , selfdefense, bjj, bulling
defense.

Little Bears

The Little Bears  class is a martial arts program specifically designed for children.  It is tailored to children ages 4 to 6 and focuses on basic martial arts exercises, the development of general coordination and motor skills, and the understanding of several life skills through numerous games and activities.

A typical Little Bears class begins with a warm-up, and stretching,.  The students will then be engaged in numerous activities that focus on basic blocking, punching and kicking skills using a variety of equipment.  Different games and fun activities are intermixed to help improve a child’s balance and coordination.
Each class will also focuses on students participating in various activities to develop discipline, respect, listening and many other skills. 
Beginner / Intermediate TaeKwonDo
As a beginner taekwondo student.
You will learn lots of basic techniques. 
You will learn basic stances. Like back stance, and front stance.
You will learn blocking techniques  like low, middle and high blocks.
You will also learn basic punches.
And of course you will learn basic kicks. Like front kick, back kick, axe kick and round kick.
Our advice at this stage?
Try to get these taekwondo basics right. Pay attention to small details. Listen to the instructors training and advice.
Practice at home  because these basic techniques are incredibly important for the rest of your taekwondo training.
Advanced TaeKwonDo
Advanced TaeKwonDo class expands on what you learned in beginner TaeKwonDo class. This class moves at a faster pace and includes more advance kicks. In this class students will be taught advanced Taekwondo techniques and theories. Students in this class have  reached a high standard of training and have a thorough understanding of Taekwondo fundamentals including an advanced understanding of Taekwondo rules, guidelines, social ethics and ideology.
Olympic Sparring
In TKD Olympic sparring you score points for a solid, powerful kick to you opponents chest protector or to your opponent's head.

You get one point for a basic kick to the body- like a roundhouse kick. You get 2 points for a spinning kick to the body - this includes back-kick. And you get 3 points for a head kick- like axe-kick.

If you haven't seen taekwondo sparring before you will notice that there are periods of inactivity where the players just seem to bounce on the spot and not do much.

This is a game- they are testing each other and trying to spot the perfect time to attack.

Once players engage in a fight the kicks are very quick and it can be hard at first to follow what's happening.
Hapkido - Weapons
It is a form of self-defense that employs joint locks, grappling, and throwing techniques similar to those of other martial arts, as well as kicks, punches, and other striking attacks.

It also teaches the use of traditional weapons, including knife, sword, rope, ssang juhl bong (nunchaku), cane (ji pang ee), short stick (dan bong), and middle-length staff (joong bong, gun (analogous to the Japanese jō), and bō (Japanese)), which vary in emphasis depending on the particular tradition examined.

Hapkido employs both long-range and close-range fighting techniques, utilizing jumping kicks and percussive hand strikes at longer ranges, and pressure point strikes, joint locks, and throws at closer fighting distances. Hapkido emphasizes circular motion, redirection of force, and control of the opponent. Practitioners seek to gain advantage over their opponents through footwork and body positioning to incorporate the use of leverage, avoiding the use of brute strength against brute strength.
